No nasties and pretty good!!
I'll be honest, I have very stubborn breakouts (I'm 44yrs old and have terrible problems with hormones)... this does not completely stop the breakouts, but, it works better than all the other stuff I've tried (with cortisone and different acids etc). It clears the breakout and any irritated/broken skin very well - I see improvements within a day - without drying out my skin.
Overall, it hasn't been a cure, but I'm very very happy and will keep using it.

I wanted to say I love it, but I live in the tropics, and it is too heavy for me personally in our summer humidity. The product itself I can't fault. Maybe for me in the winter months it will be good but I was looking for something to use in summer ☀️ 😮💨
