Mismo Points Questions

How points accrue?

When you purchase products we award 1 MiSMo point for every $1 spent. There are 20 MiSMo points`to the $1 that can be used only on your next order or future purchases at the time of your choosing.

What is required to accrue points?

To accrue Mismo points you are required to register an account through our Mismo website. If you do not have an account click here to register

This reward system began in September 2018 so even if you are a long time customer an account was not automatically in place.

Ordering and Postage Questions

Can orders be made by phone?

We are happy to take phone orders. Some people do not like using Credit cards on the internet. We appreciate this. You can call us Monday to Friday 9am-4.00pm EST on (07) 5309 5513.

Do you ship to international destinations?

We ship to USA, Canada, New Zealand, South East Asia and UK at the same rates for Australian orders. That is orders over AU$150 free postage.  Orders under AU$150 postage $9.50

How long will it take to send my order?

Orders are normally processed and posted on the working day they are received if they arrive by 1.30 EST.  This applies to payments by Credit card, Afterpay, Zip pay and Openpay.

Orders paid by bank transfer are posted when payment shows on our bank account. This can take up to 3 working days. If you can email a receipt of payment, orders are posted that day.

PayPal payments are not accepted. Australian businesses pay GST where PayPal does not.

Is it safe to pay by Credit Card on this site?

Yes the MiSMo website is protected by the highest standard for safe credit card payment. Your payment is totally secure via our website which uses E-way a secure gateway.

What methods of payment are available?

Payment may be made by Master Card or Visa for Australian and overseas orders. Afterpay; Zip pay and Open Pay are also accepted.

Bank Transfer  is acceptable (details at shopping cart). It usually takes up to 3 days for payment to show on our bank account although cash transfers at a bank are much faster. We use St George Bank. If you email a transaction slip despatch of orders is faster. Bank transfer is for Australian orders only.

Cheque or Money orders are acceptable by mail to MiSMo Body Care, 2/28 Premier Circuit, Warana Qld 4575.

General Questions

Are MiSMo products Australian made?

MiSMo is Australian owned and our skin care and makeup products are made in Australia. Formulations are exclusive to MiSMo.

MiSMo MSM is imported from China. No MSM is made in Australia.

Our Microfibre cloths  are made exclusively for MiSMo in Korea. Australia does not have this technology.

Are MiSMo products suitable for vegans

Most products are suitable. Beeswax is used in a few products in small amounts. If you email we are happy to supply full ingredient listings. Apart from beeswax no animal products are used.

Are MiSMo products tested on animals

NO! Absolutely not, just friendly people.

Cell Soother is successfully used on animals for itches and skin complaints. Animals also gain wonderful relief from pain when they take MSM for arthritis and muscle pain.

Do you use Mineral oils

No mineral oils are used in any product. Oils used are all natural.

No parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate, proplyene glycol, alcohol or colouring are used in MiSMo products.

Does any MiSMo product contain nanoparticles? No we do not use nanoparticles at all.

Where did the name MiSMo come from?

The range is formulated around the ingredient MSM. We were trying to think of a name containing the letters MSM. A friend studying Spanish suggested mismo which means "same".

Sulphur (MSM is organic sulphur) is present in every cell of the body so that sounded good to us.
