Daily Face Wash is a clear gel facial cleanser. Its performance is boosted by the addition of Lactic and Glycolic Acids.  Lactic Acid (from milk) and Glycolic Acid (from sugar cane) are termed AHA's or Alpha Hydroxy Acids. Their job is to loosen the glue that holds dead skin cells on the skin. Dead skin cells can cause blockages that lead to pimples and acne. Rosacea skin also tends to have extra layers of dead cells so it is imperative to remove these layers.
