MiSMo Body Care is a small Australian owned company dedicated to presenting an affordable range of skin care products in as natural a form as possible, all of which contain our star ingredient, MSM. MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) is a source of organic sulphur, present in every cell of the body. (Check our “Ingredients” page for more information.)

MiSMo is great for all skin types and achieves exceptional anti-ageing results.

The quest for natural non irritating skin care began in 2001 when I could not use any "brand name" creams without flare ups of Rosacea. I learned about MSM and how effective it was for all skin care and especially problem skin.

Years of research and trials followed as we developed a new and unique range  of natural cosmetics. Much excitement was experienced as we watched friends and relatives achieve great results with glowing, happy youthful faces. Many skin problems in the family meant an easy reach trial team.

The research continues relentlessly as it becomes more obvious how many women and men need our unique type of natural creams and gels. While natural takes precedence, science is also used in the creation of new products. Many medical finds extend to cosmetic use. Hyaluronic Acid is one such ingredient. We are including HA in all new products where possible. Many of the scientific advances in skin care are based on botanical or nutritional ingredients. We embrace these new discoveries.

The MiSMo products are all made in Queensland and have a high content of natural oils, organic Aloe Vera and MSM. We DO NOT use Propylene Glycol, Parabens, Mineral Oils, Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate or colouring.

A natural preservative (grapefruit seed extract) is used in most products. Where we have used a synthetic preservative, very tiny amounts are needed due to our packaging. Emulsifiers and waxes are part of the cream making process and the products that are used are derived from natural ingredients. Fragrance (where applicable) is achieved by blending hypo-allergenic aromas.

Anti-ageing begins with a well nourished skin. Studies have shown that in the case of sensitive skins, the fewer ingredients used the better. Often it is the type of preservative, colouring or fragrance that causes an irritation to the skin. Our products have been well tested on sensitive skin and skin conditions including Psoriasis and Rosacea with great results. Dry skins respond very well to the moisture and nourishment offered in MiSMo creams. No matter what your skin type, wrinkles and fine lines are always much less apparent on well cared for skin.
